Core Function Explanation

 
Displayed 100% charge ≠ Fully saturated battery: When the device shows 100% battery level, the battery is not truly full internally, with a remaining chargeable capacity of 3% to 8% of its rated capacity.
 
Smart trickle charging: The separator automatically switches to low-current trickle charging mode to fully charge the battery to its chemical saturation state. This helps extend battery lifespan and improve endurance.
 
Auto disconnection & pop-out upon full saturation: Once current, voltage, temperature rise and other parameters steadily reach the preset thresholds, the connector will physically separate and pop out automatically.
 

Charging Duration

 
  • Normal condition: Automatically disconnects within 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Influencing factor: Charging time mainly depends on battery aging. Increased internal resistance will prolong trickle charging.
    • Aged batteries: About 12 to 15 minutes.
    • Severely degraded batteries: A maximum protection time (e.g. 20 minutes) is set. The device will force a pop-out upon timeout to prevent overcharging risks.
